Awesome place with free wi-fi, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, and kind staff. I will never forget how they returned my shower bag after my first stay. Helpful service makes every visit special. I can’t wait to come back for another city break!

A stunning ocean view room on the ground floor provided easy beach access and breathtaking sunsets. The kids’ club was a fantastic value with friendly staff, and the buffet breakfast was exceptional. However, breakfast service was chaotic and quite warm, and dining outside the resort offers better variety and value. The local port is just a short taxi ride away, making it convenient to explore other dining options.

Amazing family stay!

We spent 11 nights here and it was awesome! The buffet breakfast rocked, and I totally recommend getting that option. The pool was fun, with sand for the kids to play in. Our room was clean and comfy, but we could hear some noise from above. The daily activities like basket weaving were a hit with the fam!

We had an amazing experience! The pool facilities were perfect, especially the adults-only option, and the food at Tatavu Grill was to die for. They even surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary setup.

The spacious room was kept clean every day, making our family stay very comfortable. We enjoyed the amazing coffee tasting at 28g as a fun family activity.

My kids wished there were more towel options for our family of four, as we often had to ask for extras. The hotel could improve the dining prices to make it more family-friendly.

our family stayed at sheraton for 7 nights, and we loved every bit of it. the kids pool was perfect for our little lad, being just 0.8m deep. the staff were genuinely welcoming, especially emma and siti, who went above and beyond to help us. the food options were excellent and always delicious.

The Sheraton Fiji Resort impressed me with its beautiful gardens and spacious lawns. The food at the breakfast buffet was varied and enjoyable, especially the delicious pastries and fresh fruits. I appreciated the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings and had a great time at the adult pool, which was quieter than the main pool. Having access to the Bula Bus made shopping trips to the port easy and convenient. One major downside was the dining options. Some restaurants had limited choices, and I found the prices quite high for the quality. I dined at Tatavu and felt the sides were lacking, while the buffet felt expensive without much value for money. There was also a persistent issue with room service lacking items for my stay. I had to request towels and other essentials multiple times which was inconvenient. These small improvements would greatly enhance the experience.

The breakfast buffet had a diverse selection, including fresh fruits and hot items that catered well to a busy schedule. Overall, the location was perfect for work-related travel.
